      Pros

      - Leadership is very transparent. There are frequent updates at every level; company-wide town halls, division town halls, department town halls, plus weekly sub-department and team meetings. You’ll never wonder what’s going on because they truly prioritize keeping everyone in the loop. - Generally supportive environment and decent work-life balance. - Most people here are friendly and collaborative.

      Pros

      direct report was good, but this is a small company that got absorbed by another larger company, and the transition was weird.

      Cons

      didn't uphold their "unlimited PTO" and then started to ask for why I used time off, when it was scheduled and reasons were included in my original request. Yes, people were abusing the unlimited aspect, but those of us who were using it correctly were getting punished and told we could no longer use PTO past 80 hours.

      Change can be hard, and we are valiantly working through lots of it. We are growing, and a part of growth is change.
