Astrion has a first-class team, from its ELT to its program teams. Within 6 months of its last acquisition, Astrion consolidated its IT, HR, and timekeeping systems. This includes streamlining benefits. Astrion's greatest strength is the dedication and delivery by program teams to the mission of the client. It's exciting to be somewhere that empowers its employees to lean in.

Cons

There is a lot of change to transform the company, which can be difficult for employees to navigate; however, the change is necessary in order to go to market as one Astrion.

Astrion is driving growth by focusing on the future. I witness this daily. Astrion focuses on forward-looking technology through coordination with program managers and customers. The HR Team works tirelessly to invest in employee growth in creating and expanding the Employee Development programs available to all personnel. I love the energy of our engineers, analysts, technicians, administrative personnel, and leadership, who are all committed to "Be the Difference".

This is the most successful company I have worked for. Highly experienced and fully engaged senior leadership. Clear strategic vision. Pays well above the industry standard to hire the most experienced people. Benefits are above industry standards and Astrion always looks to promote from within the company. Astrion success is the result.

Cons

Bringing three major small businesses together provided challenges but in the end the integration was successful.
