Disconnect from mgmt as a team Mgmt disapproved my certification reimbursement fees of $2,500 which I passed certification saying I needed get that pre-approved prior to proceeding certification exam when recruiter said I get reimbursement after taking certification which was wrong, Now, I'm out of pocket $2,500. Communication is imperative not just for employees but upper mgmt needs to learn to communicate too. I had second issue where they declined my $131.06 food difference allowance for a TDY trip 11/23. No support from mgmt when the customer got rid of your job from mgmt as to internally place you on a different project or on the bench or assistance with improving your resume.
