ERC preaches they care about their employees and they practice what they preach.

Cons

The pay is well below the market average for positions across the board. Retention rates are at an all time low due to not paying employees what they are worth. Once you put in your two week notice in they throw 20k-40k pay raises at you to get you to stay.
