None. There are better defense companies to work for.

Cons

New CEO changes companies every two years. As soon as he came onboard he laid off a ton of staff on every level right before Christmas. Then he threw himself and his stakeholders a roof top party. Unorganized and non competitive salaries.

Very lenient work environment. They let you make your own hours, as long as the job is completed.

Cons

The pay is extremely below average in the supply chain field. They start everyone at $50,000 (regardless of experience). There are no pay bands. a "buyer" is a "buyer". There are no levels.
