      Pros

      Great community feel. The CEO personally flew out several times to meet with the team, and I received birthday cards and occasional treats.

      Cons

      I would have preferred sick time as PTO, rather than ‘use it or lose it’ sick days. Some of the benefits could have been better.

      They have a responsive, caring environment.

      Cons

      Covid has changed company interactions all over. I don't know that any company is addressing the full issues that come with that, ERC is no exception.
