Sales driven company, not interested in engineering quality. In R&D, nobody seems to have control of their products. They are constantly under pressure to produce quickly with little or no experience, and have to answer to the sales teams (indirectly) to cut corners and minimize costs. I was routinely expected to fix things I was never trained on, then held responsible for its performance.
