Decent professional experience, but poor organizational changes and lack of transparency while there
Pros
Great as a stepping stone, but not much room for growth beyond your position. Was really happy there for some time, but within the last year they've made some really bizarre organizational changes from the top down, and with that came a loss of transparency and a total lack of communication. This ended up creating a really toxic and unstable work environment. They seem to place a lot of stock in certain (questionable) individuals and favoritism became apparent. Again, was a great company to work for for some years, and I worked with some fantastic individuals, but things have certainly changed.
Cons
See above - no room for upward movement. Unstable work environment. Started to feel really unvalued and the new management was extremely condescending.
