Pros

Leadership is pretty clear about what they want - which is mostly to increase revenue by any means. There are some good people, and quite a few who are not. Some of the customers are great and have worked with the company for a long time.

Cons

Lots of pressure to hit unrealistic targets. Shove the software down their throats so we can jack up prices once it gets too hard to switch. Did you hear about the CEOs vacation home?
