Pros

Good product vision. Working to improve HR benefits. If the company is the right fit for you, you'll have potential to grow.

Cons

Suffer growing pains. Some of senior management are not people oriented. Lack of forward planning caused excessive "fire fighting" work/projects.

Pros

Learnt basic IT skills and met some good people.

Cons

Management have no people Skills, no progression, not fair in terms of sharing the workload fairly. Will not honour commitments or "handshake" Agreements. Incentives and socials are bland. You get promoted based on working all hours of the days as opposed to actually skills.
