They teach you to fix phones

Cons

Management is awful and they won't give you days/times off you request even if you give them notice months in advance. I'd give this company 0 stars if I could

Good flexibility Decent pay Okay advancement opportunities

Cons

Too many meeting pushing social justice. I’m paid to fix things, not to be lectured about social issues. There’s no reason I should be in an hour long meeting at LEAST once per week about nonsense that I don’t contribute to.

Little room to grow. Pay doesn't reflect skill level. Some manager and district supervisors shouldn't be in the positions they are.
