      Very good benefits Reasonable opportunity for promotion Multiple offices in different states/countries

      Cons

      Working in customer service has inflexible expectations and one can feel entirely defined by metrics Schedules are entirely for the benefit of the company. Professionalism is unacceptable if it takes more than 5 minutes to address a customer's needs. While sworn affidavits for use in property claims are available in English and Spanish, the terms and conditions of the policies offered by the company are strictly in English. One must also write one's own review on a biannual basis - which can be less than inspiring.

      Pros

      Get to work with some of the best, latest innovative technologies. It is a very fast paced environment and you will certainly expand in skills and personality working here.

      Cons

      The Human Resources department is lacking in some ways. It is a very fast paced company, and while that may not be a con for me, it may be for others. They are still growing globally, so there will be/are growing pains.
