      Pros

      Asurion is a very stable company that is an industry leader, while growing and diversifying into new market segments to ensure future success.

      Cons

      A high percentage of overall compensation at Asurion including bonuses and stock options seem to be heavily distributed to only the highest levels of management.

      Pros

      Great employee benefits package, including 401(k), vision, and dental plans. Good monthly incentive bonuses. Good Rewards and Recognition program. Management, for the most part, is very accessible.

      Cons

      Not much flexibility with scheduling. Difficult to get two consecutive days off. Lots of disgruntled customers. Too many unnecessary script changes with much to much "cheesy" dialogue in the scripts. Most popular equipment is always on backorder.

      Pros

      Compensation: good pay, however incentives are becoming harder to get. Vacation time: accrues at a faster pace then other places I have worked. Atmosphere: same level co workers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management: company has become too bottomline focused. Employees are currently treated like robots. Expected to perform at top rate to obtain slightly unattainable stats. Vacation and sick time: while it accrues fast you won't be able to use it. You have to sign up for time off about 4 months in advance. If you're sick you're paid for time off but you'll also get an occurrence which counts against your reviews.
