None. Even the discount isn’t worth all of your hard work. I have nothing positive to say about this company.

Cons

I hated every minute of working here. My first red flag was when I was put on for three full weekends in a row when I was specifically told I would never work a full weekend. Then the holiday hours came and I was put on every Friday and Saturday night until 1130pm! 6 managers in this store and I was the one working every Friday and Saturday. Store management has no idea what they are doing. Thry plays favorites. I obviously wasn’t one of them. Every time I gave them an inch they took a mile. They run on a skeleton crew and the night people get stuck cleaning up the day crews mess. I had to look all over the store for garbage bags and they didn’t even fit the trash cans. Most disorganized place I have ever worked. I don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

At Home doesn't give a damn about its employees. Understaffed, under paid, and under appreciated. Worst place. I regret all the hard work i put into this place

Pros

At Home is an up & coming company, with a wonderful set of values and a wonderful mission and vision. At Home has some incredible product & customers are always so intrigued, it makes working for the company that much more enjoyable.

Cons

Management (I can only speak for the location I was at) was not trained fully, creating a downward spiral effect at the store on all levels. There is also not much follow through on disciplinary actions, which caused a lot of chaos and havoc in the store in regards to the employee atmosphere.
