Pros

The company is great but thats about it, oh and a decent discount

Cons

the current manager at my location was committing wage theft, and used retaliation and threats to run the store. Even went as far as violating HIPPA policy by sharing private employee medical information to the stores staff

Pros

5 day workweek most months and good pay.

Cons

The whole organization is petty. They hire old retail people who are unprofessional, rude, petty, hardheaded, and overall terrible leaders. The district managers have beef with Bill Clawson, their boss. Bill wants things a certain way while the DMs laugh and want it a different way until his scheduled visit. On the books, they believe in performance and disciplinary writeups. Meanwhile, to actually give one is impossible due to the petty nature of the people they hire. They are also grimy. Bill himself offered to replace a key holder at a South Florida location for 50 cents more than the current supervisor. But of course: this was done on the low for plausible deniability.
