great coworkers, management that actually cares about your health for the most part, decent hours, can work full time even if scheduled part time, the 25% discount, goes off the points system for attendance but it's very generous compared to other places.
Cons
low pay rate, high employee turnover, unrealistic expectations of the employees, rude customers who always want discounts for no reason.
