Love the hours and the work is easy

Management is hands on working right beside you; plenty of hours and overtime if you want it; flexible schedule; Room for advancement

Cons

Lots of the same freight every week with no place to put it; when using temps they screw up more than they help; Lots of work on the floor is done solo
