Love the people, flexibility of managers. Benefits are good. Most promotions are internal.

Pay is low and not many incentives to stay (corporate) unless you are higher up in management.

Great people and environment for the most part. Nice decor and able to be creative at times.

Cons

Low pay, so its hard to find good, committed hard workers so alot ends up falling on the already underpaid, over worked upper management.
