Great people, fun products to merchandise. Company gives you guidelines but you have freedom to make it your own and gives every store a unique experience.

Cons

no actual inventory to control. can not order product or even change numbers if inventory is incorrect. No telling what product is coming until it just shows up, they send the same no matter how big the store or the sales...very unorganized behind the scenes.
