      I honestly didn't find many pros working here at all. The 25% off they give employees is more than most company's..

      Cons

      They completely over work their employees for minimum pay. I wouldn't work here unless you're completely desperate for a job or need something temporarily. Definitely a lot of work and the work load they put on employees is absolutely insane compared to the pay. You can work in a wear house doing the same type of work load you do here and get payed a significant amount more. They also offer little to no training. I don't recommend at all. Please look at these reviews and take them into deep consideration before you choose to work here. I wish I had.

      Pros

      New leadership team was forming when I arrived and great culture being established (in new building). Open to trying new things and ways of working. Collaborative. Working hard and fast to make an impact quickly.

      Cons

      Changing strategy sometimes made it difficult to follow through or get traction.
