Pros

Nice Retail Store Great Customers Great Discount Fun stress free place to work. Busy store seems to have a bright future.

Cons

Worst key holders of any retail environment that I've ever worked in. The key holders are completely lazy and do not actually want to do associate level work. This is not Corporate America! This is a RETAIL store where a key holder is an actual associate with more authority. The key holders are great at standing back and passing off their job on to the part time associates. They would be working smarter by having key holders do what they're paid to do and that is unpacking boxes, stocking shelves and rearranging displays-while the associates are actually available to assist the customers. Constant complaints from customers that they "couldn't find anyone" to help them make their purchase. That's because the key holders are standing around wasting time and trying to come up with ways to pass their work off on to the associates. They should be doing "go backs", jumping on the registers, assisting customers and all the things that the associates do, while at the same time as turning keys and responding to customer complaints. Additionally, the offering of work hours is completely based on favoritism. There's no point in going the extra mile if it's not going to make a difference in the amount of work hours that you will receive. If you're not a favorite or friends with the Customer Support Manager--expect to only get about 10 hours per week. There's also no creativity when it comes to where you're placed in the store. They stick you on register every single shift or you're on the floor every single shift--which isn't fair. Floor workers shop, walk around chatting, or do nothing for about half of their shift and then wait until one hour before close to start doing go backs. They neglect the people on the registers and rarely offer you any breaks or meal times even though it's corporate policy. Expect to work over five hours and get offered no break (if you're a register worker). While floor workers and just walk off into the bathroom or go outside and smoke with no problem whenever they wish.

Pros

Positive employee focused culture Home office leadership freindly and solution oriented World Class benefits package Fast growth means advancement opportunities for all Customers and happy to be there Fun product assortment Good work/life balance Mostly stress free environment

Cons

If you're lazy or an office sitter, you will not like it here. It's a very physical job at all levels. Lean payroll means everyone needs to work smart and hard.
