      Pros

      New leadership team was forming when I arrived and great culture being established (in new building). Open to trying new things and ways of working. Collaborative. Working hard and fast to make an impact quickly.

      Cons

      Changing strategy sometimes made it difficult to follow through or get traction.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, great management, and probably some of the best customers you are going to get in retail. Really flexible if you are part time, with the high possibility to get extra hours.

      Cons

      As with all retail, there will be those busy days. Sometimes your departments are going to need a lot more time fixing up than others while registers will need backup, and customers need help. It will feel overwhelming but it will all pass, and somehow you will get it all done just fine.
