At Home reviews

The work load is extremely unbalanced. Good associates are overworked and have higher expectations than everyone else. I call it performance punishment. Problems are ignored and nothing is ever addressed. The rules are not followed. Even the simple ones like wearing a uniform or being on time. The store director is all over the place starts 20 things at once instead of making lists and checking things off one at a time. Lastly meetings are frowned upon (weird I know) they are looked at as a waste of time. Instead of a way to spread knowledge to all associates.
