Pros

When you become a regular member of the inner team, they really look out for you and treat you brilliantly. They're a lovely organisation, get great tips, do fantastic events, and the clients are exciting

Cons

Sometimes events end very late, and it can be hard work, but such is catering!

Pros

Fantastic environment to work in. Positive people, and attitudes. The management are especially involving and empowering. Moreover, the editing staff produce better then hoped for magazines. In every case, the quality and the quality control is brilliant. The online activities were just starting when I left, but kept an eye on their activities - again, Gold Star.

Cons

If you're driving not a bad place to get to, however, on public transport its hard.

Pros

Great career advancement opportunities. Rewards a commitment to success with unending growth potential for hard working individuals. No college degree necessary. Generous employee discount. Casual work attire. Good work schedules for retail environment. Unique merchandise, constantly changing and the freedom to present it as the manager sees fit. (No planograms)

Cons

Very limited labor percent to work load. Physically intense work day which effects morale. No training programs. Limits individuals abilities to stand out due to a huge focus on productivity. (Every second counts). Devalues the importance of sales and employees contributions at store level. Zero customer service focus or labor to support this most important aspect of the retail business.
