Good job, good benefits, great retirement package, always changing

Cons

Lack of payroll to run efficient and keep up stores and freight in a 100,000+sq ft building. Management does all of the physical labor if you want to run an efficient store. Corporate brags about low labor model even though it doesn’t work.
