Discount on items, quarterly bonuses

Cons

-no benefits unless your salary -they don’t care about Covid -customer service comes last compared to cleaning and stocking yet they want to push credit cards on them. -no room for growth -they give you a lot to do but like 2 other people and a manager to do it in a big store.

The pay was okay, fun sample sales and nice store discount.

Cons

Management was not held accountable with some managers being in positions where they had little to no knowledge regarding the department. It was very cliquish and gossipy. The decline of morale happened quickly with a lack of respect for employees and more concern for making lots of money.
