Pros
The job gave employees more freedom than an average retail store. Example: Hardly no micromanaging
Cons
The pay was below average of the area I was in. My boss would only schedule 3-5 people during a shift. This made it challenging to keep to store in check while attending customers. The store would look really bad most of the time. I'm sure the store could afford to schedule more people, but my boss wanted to cut corners.
