Pros

Good Benefits Company is growing Floor plans are very fluid so you have a lot of room to creatively merchandise products. 11 holidays paid. Generous time off.

Cons

No tracking of inventory for replenishment, because it is a bulk buying company shipping is all or nothing and you can never know if the items you are selling today will be restocked or discontinued when they are gone. Because floorplans are fluid and inventory fluctuations are unpredictable you may spend a lot of time in reassessment of merchandising layouts and how everything is going to fit.
