Pros

Decent money. Nice people. Good stock room. Clean bathrooms.

Cons

What starts off sounding great turns into a nightmare. There's a reason there are no At Home stores in California. Labor laws don't work with their business model. Not nearly enough time to Throw pallets and Kindve people who get hired to work at a place like this aren't physically capable enough to do the work required to meet the the goals. As a salary worker you end up staying far too late just so you can keep your job since you are the one who's ultimately held accountable. Not to mention there's sometimes only 2 customer service employees on the floor once your team starts departing for the day and they tend to make things worsts

Pros

Some of the best humans I have known (coworkers).

Cons

Little to no incentive, or recognition, depending on the boss (I have seen it go both ways). Almost always a call-out because pay scale does not reflect the insane cost of living.

Pros

The employee discount is the best thing

Cons

Horrible training, working out of your job description. Pay is not good, not enough people to do the work they want you to do.
