Pros

Great Benefits, product sells it self, customers are wonderful, more organized.

Cons

Upper management is fair, complaints are racially divided, ave not change the Mistreatment of managers andemployees by upper management. Not enough staff for a big box. Overworked of employees so company can make a profit of labor scales. Only 3 to 4 associates work the floor on a six figure week. Do not go in management unless you are ready to work really really hard. You will not be managing but working. If you are working then who is managing?

Cons

Pros

Great pay, discount (25% off), associates were very helpful, customers are nice

Cons

Management sucked, long hard hours, extremely hard labor, under appreciated, frequent cuts and bruises, not many people on the floor so work load is excessive, late nights and early mornings (running on 4-5 hours of sleep for a 10 hours shift), if you don't ask for your break chances are they will forget and you won't get one
