Honestly not much I liked it when I first started, then I got promoted and people got increasingly rude because maybe they were jealous of what I was making? Oh yeah your pay gets talked about too I never told one single person what I make and somehow everyone found out. this place sucks. It’s like high school.

Cons

Management is a joke Certain co workers are very condescending and rude Too much product comes off the truck to even fit onto the shelves a lot of the time Even top stock gets packed all the time You’re expected to meet extremely unrealistic goals and get reprimanded if you don’t.

- Your Team Members are good people. - You learn alot of different skills. - Not a bad job when you're in school. - You learn alot about stocking. - You can advance in positions - You get fit.

Cons

- Management can be favourable to one person if they out perform your duties, or if they simple don't like you, they'll be rude to you, or scold you (personal experience.) - People getting upset about sales after a day it happens and they go berserk (this is rare but occasionally you get that one crazy customer.) - It's heavy duty physical work at times. You will get in shape if you can handle it.
