      There will be a new manager frequently.

      The company is an existential disaster of accumulated strategic mistakes. Overcoming the previous and still accumulating failures strikes me as impossible.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule with supervisors that try to help as much as possible. When one contract ends, they will move you somewhere else.

      Cons

      They mess up paying employees the full amount they are owed so you will have to keep track of your hours but if there is a payment problem they will fix it immediately.

      You work at your own pace, your co-workers are nice people, your company reps are accessible if you have any problems.

      Cons

      You only work 7 hours instead of 8 and there's not much overtime available.
