Lots of cool projects experiences and even cooler colleagues

Pros

I have a lot of PROs working at A10. Construction/Academic peers look at you with greater respect. I got one professor from a respectable institution told me Atelier Ten only hires Top Notch/ High caliber people ( that boost my confidence to a notch). You will work with very smart and fun people at work.

Cons

Cons you will have to make sure your creativity is cranked up as they tend to do specialized projects ( they rarely work on simple box buildings- at least from my experience).

Pros

emphasis on sustainability; good office culture; inspiring principal; attractive projects; recently refurbished office. company intranet discussion portal enables staff from satellite offices around the world to comment on technical questions put forward by engineers.

Cons

truth be told it's quite hard to think of these actually. parts of the office are air-conditioned and others aren't so it can get quite uncomfortable in some parts of the office in summer. structured training for graduate engineers is not yet present.
