      Pros

      Great people that you get to work with. Multiple campaigns to work for. They do hire within if you are looking for growth opportunity. Different shifts available for different needs. Good health benefits and does offer vacation and sick time.

      Cons

      Not great pay for agents. No 401k

      Pros

      I have received a lot of experience in handling invoicing, but also in dealing with financial budgeting and planning, and exposure with important clients. What I like most about my job is the people, especially my boss, and their willingness to work with my schedule and needs.

      Cons

      It's a very demanding position, and can be very stressful at times, but what job isn't, right? The salary is the only other con I can think of, other than that it's a great company to work for.
