Processo de desenvolvimento com prazo de entrega bem tranquilo. Os projetos são complexos e você tem liberdade pra palpitar. Ambiente de trabalho amistoso mas sem tem um querendo puxar o tapete.

Cons

Difícil receber promoção ou aumento de salário. Diretoria com muitos anos de casa, formando uma panela e que acaba colocando panos quentes nos problemas que aparecem entre as áreas.
