Its an ok job for a paycheck. Not too much opportunity unless you're a brown noser

horrible management/favoritism pay is not enough for the workload required/requested not much is really done to accommodate for work/life schedules

The work environment was very relaxed, it is a fast paced call center, but the team leads and upper management was very helpful when needed.

Cons

Its location, due to the company being in Texas. It is tooooo hot there.
