Pros

Strong structure, open to challenges

Cons

Is not easy to grow in the company and some process are not clear. Some time they prefer to bring someone from the market, because there a restriction if the new position rise the salary up to 30%.

Flexibility in the hours, opportunity to learn call center business logic, there's a will for constant improvement.

Cons

Really big company which means sometimes there's too much bureaucracy. Salaries might be a little under the market's average.
