      You'll learn a lot wherever your account/department is. You'll find great mentorship there, however not all managers are good leaders or mentors. Just a few are really good.

      Cons

      You'll work without understanding your career options in the long run You won't get proper compensation for all the hard work. Salaries are way below market. They need to work on the compensation package.
