Half way prepared and sloppy traininig
Pros
Head Manager is one of the greatest individuals that you could work for. He is followed by 3 Supervisors All are great though one. Great company and great benefits. Benefits and commission along with the prizes for continued performance is if not more than enough to work here.
Cons
Of the three supervisors the top one is always on her cell and seems to allow home issues follow her to work and also impede her work ethic that she herself pushed on during training prior to soft landing. The failure that I immediately noticed was the lack of additional mentoring to help in the assisting for resolution. And for an insurance agency it seems that their providers theHD has much to learn and regain from its 'bleed orange' ethic which needs to much to the disheartening eye reevaluated. The thoughts and resolution is not at all there when resolving the issue for the customer. Felling like cutting them off after correcting the issue. And for crying out loud; what is it with the lack of proper note for any further issues on the same account.
