Pros

Working at Athena is like having a virtual family. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. You'll learn new things and develop new skills that you never thought you had in you. The high salary rate is just a bonus!

Cons

You'll need to adjust your body clock if you're not yet used to working at night.

Pros

Being able to take care of my parents while working from home

Cons

1. Last 2023, they said they will set the Oraz entity to ensure that all staff are protected and enjoys all employee benefits. They promised that if we sign up, they will gross up our salary. - LIE 2. On the new employee contract, they included the 10 days unused leave convertible to cash. They even used this as a strategy and included it on the annual calculation of salary. Just to show that there is ‘minimal’ difference on pay. LIE!!! When it was time to convert, management forced people to use the leave so nothing to convert 3. Few months back, they removed the 10 days unused leave conversion clause from our contract. But they presented the buyout as a bonus. LIE!!! Not only did they trick employees of not being able to have this benefit in the succeeding years, the bonus was also taxable whereas if it had been given to us as normal, it would have been otherwise. 4. One of the c-suite leaders is basing the promotions based on who she likes. Not based on performance but based on who says yes to her all the time 5. Our Ops leaders (exec) always shame people in public even including my line manager 6. I gave a suggestion once and it all backfired. So Athena stating it is a safe place is a complete LIE!
