What reeled me in was the good compensation and HMO benefits. When I actually started working with them, I enjoyed the company of my fellow EAs and I felt I was surrounded with like minds. I also get constant support from coaches and fellow EAs.

Cons

The rate may be a little lower than other companies but they do make sure you are equipped to do your duties by providing the best equipment to work and making sure the clients and their data are protected.

I love the culture! Here in Athena, we are a family, and family means "No one gets left behind". They value their employees and treat each and everyone equally.

Cons

Getting in is kinda hard but worth it! You just need to pay attention to detail :)
