They're very professional when it comes to handling their team and offers great opportunities to hone your skills.

Cons

Since it's a work-from-home set up, downside may include problems with getting help if your internet and tools ain't working fine. So better invest in your equipment for better access to support.

You will have to discover on your own some tasks that you will need to do, which is not that bad because you will know how to improve yourself
