Pros

It is a laid back athleisure store where you can learn the ropes of retail without a bunch of chaos. The clients are easy going. The store hours aren’t late. You are able to balance work and life or say if you are in school. They are under Gap inc so you are able to pick up shifts elsewhere

Cons

The pay could be more substantial. It is part time so it is difficult to work more. With people being part time the turnover rate is a bit high but I feel that’s due to people finding careers or better opportunity
