Low volume store. Seeing about 15 people come in a day and having to make sure they buy something or you’ll be in trouble. Conversion is a big deal and even if people are just browsing and don’t want to buy, you are expected to make them buy ( even though it’s a high priced store ) Returns would also leave you in the negatives at the end of the day. The stress created a bad work environment. Store manager does not take accountability and is put under so much stress for not making sales goals. This created a toxic environment and unreasonable goals.
