Pros

Great stable company to work for. Discounts throughout all of the brands. Product is amazing. Very generous PTO package for both ASM and GM’s. Great DM’s and a lot of overall support

Cons

Heavy pressure to make credit card goals which is difficult. Also affects your monthly bonus if you make your sales target. A lot of unnecessary paperwork which keeps us off the floor and stuck at our desk.
