Great clothes, great discount Co-workers are supportive

Embarrassingly low pay Incompetent and rude managers 3 General Managers since I have worked here No one from corporate cares about the store, only sales Fire women coming back from maternity leave The really great managers have left - the ones who sit around and play makeup in the office are still there

Micromanagement. Managements tends to see the worst in their employees and are always looking at what they are doing “wrong” instead of seeing what they are doing right. Also projects and shifts blame onto employees when in reality, poor management practices and management’s questionable mental health are the issue
