Pros
Pros would include getting paid on time and regularly. The opportunity to meet amazing and interesting people.
Cons
They ask way too much from their assistant managers. On a regular basis I was asked to do the work of 2 people. Then we lost a General manager and 2 assistant managers, the 2 assistant managers left were expected to pick up the slack and hours of the missing team members. The Pay rates for Assistant Managers are way too low for the expectation of work.
