The culture is a scam gap as a whole does not at all take care of there employees the pay is terrible and there saying of being a women’s empowerment store is a lie the team I worked for constantly has petty drama! Recently I had my character questioned because a customer out there hands on me for no reason and the managers took the customers side even though I did nothing to provoke this incident I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY THEY START PAY AT 10.35 I only got a raise because the cost of living went up and that raise was only to 14 dollars mind you I have been there for 2 years
