Great community of people. 50% off full price products. Managers are more like friends

Cons

Some micromanaging. There was one awful manager that hated everyone and made every employee feel small and management pretended it wasnt happening even when 3+ employees complained. Also upselling the Athleta credit card was awful because no one wanted it but if you didnt upsell it you would be threatened to go home for the day

Some nice coworkers and getting to wear leggings to work. That's about it.

Cons

Unsafe working environment. Ignored health & safety guidelines. Low wages and disgraceful management. Reviews are never in writing which is super shady.
