Great people Awesome discount Time and a half on holidays Manager will usually work to accommodate your schedule

Cons

Very little training so everything is learned on the fly. Low pay and incentives do not reach middle management.

The company values are spot on and really empowering and relatable as an employee.

Cons

The hours are not consistent and if you have another job, management isn't too understanding of that. Schedules vary on how the store is doing and your performance as an associate.
